Germantown Half Marathon, March 18, 2012

Hey everyone! My name is Shmuel Somer.  Six of my friends - Daniel Gofman, Shmuli Gordon, Abe Raichman, Lee Schwartz, Moshe Weiser, Ben Younger and I, students at a school in Chicago are running the Germantown Half Marathon on March 18th, 2012.  We decided that while we compete in this incredible challenge it would make it more meaningful if we ran on behalf of a Jewish organization.  My father is a cancer doctor and he recommended that we run in support of his patients and those with cancer.  Sharsheret was a natural fit for our Jewish organization, as they support Jewish women and families facing breast cancer and ovarian cancer.  Please support us in our training efforts and fundraising initiative to raise funds and awareness about Sharsheret.”
