I've always wanted to run in a Half-Marathon, but was hesitant to do so because of the time and commitment I would need to dedicate to this endeavor. When I heard Team Sharsheret was running in the 2012 NYC Half-Marathon, I was compelled to join. Sharsheret is an exceptional organization that provides support to women and their families who are going through tough times while battling breast or ovarian cancer. I experienced their support and love first hand when a loved one of mine was battling breast cancer. As a token of thanks for the many ways they reached out to my family, I want to raise money for Sharsheret to help other individuals who are in need of their love and support.  Please support me in my efforts.
