Join us as Kim shares her knowledge of how emotions affect our ability to handle stress, make decisions, and heal physically from breast cancer. Kim will answer any questions from the audience and will discuss the specific tools and techniques she used to influence those emotions to tap into her subconscious and boost her immune system by mobilizing her body’s natural defenses against breast cancer.

The Sharsheret Supports Circle will meet to offer support to women in the St. Louis Jewish community who have been diagnosed with breast or ovarian cancer and are anywhere along their treatment path – before, during, or post treatment.  These casual get-togethers are designed to encourage connections with networks of peers, health professionals and related resources.  At each session, there will be an opportunity to share and connect with other program participants.  Led by licensed social worker Kathy Bearman, this group meets from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
