Are you a breast cancer or ovarian cancer survivor? Join us as we help you navigate healthy living as a cancer survivor. The webinar will highlight the importance of nutrition and exercise as well as a focus on bone strength and lymphedema. A Sharsheret peer supporter will share her personal story and a live question and answer session will follow the presentation. This webinar is made possible with generous support from Amgen and the Cooperative Agreement DP14-1408 from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Use your workout for good! Participate in the JCC’s Spin 4 Sharsheret. Join us in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month for a high energy, empowering spin-a-thon. All funds raised support Sharsheret, a non-profit organization supporting young women and their families facing breast cancer in our community. Choose from three 45 minute sessions, 8:15, 9:15, or 10:15 am. Bike selection done on a first come first serve basis, 30 minutes prior to each session. Fee is $36 per person per bike, per session. Please wear something pink in recognition of breast cancer awareness.

Toby Einhorn is a popular teacher and educator. She has returned to Israel after stints in South Africa and Hong Kong where she taught Jewish studies and served in multiple capacities for the Jewish communities.
