Celebrity “Survivor” Ethan Zohn Is Keynote Speaker At Sharsheret Annual Luncheon

Teaneck, New Jersey (April 15, 2010) – Ethan Zohn, a cancer survivor and winner of the TV show Survior: Africa, will address ore than 400 attendees at Sharsheret’s Annual Benefit Luncheon to be held on Sunday, May 16th. Sharsheret is a national not-for-profit organization supporting young Jewish women and families, of all backgrounds, facing breast cancer. The Benefit Luncheon, to be held at the Marriott at Glenpointe in Teaneck, New Jersey, will honor the mothers, daughters, sisters, and friends who have touched the lives of breast cancer survivors.

Sharsheret will recognize the valuable contributions of Guests of Honor Jeremy and Adina Fand (Westchester) and Lisa Schutzman (Long Island), who will receive the Lisa Altman Volunteer Tribute Award. The Benefit Luncheon will also feature a silent auction including electronics, jewelry, Judaica, signed sports memorabilia, and gift certificates. Benefit Chairs this year include Thalia Federbush (Englewood, NJ), Jennifer Galligan (Bellmore, NY), Amy Wolin (North Bellmore, NY) and Alissa Zagha (Teaneck, NJ).
