SUMMARY:Monster Calls Book/Movie Discussion
DESCRIPTION:High School Students at Magen David who participated in the schoolwide reading of Monster Calls will have the opportunity to view the movie and participate in an educational discussion about the themes and behaviors of the actors. The group will have a parallel discussion about Sharsheret\, and focus on the importance of helping one another during challenging times in one’s life and coping skills. They will be armed with tips on how to generate conversations with one another and identify ways in which they can make a difference in each other’s lives..  The group will also participate in a creative hands-on activity as an additional mode of expression.
