2027 Life Time Miami Marathon and Half

Held annually, this iconic race brings together thousands of dedicated runners from around the globe, eager to conquer the scenic streets of this tropical paradise. The course takes runners on a breathtaking journey, weaving through palm-lined avenues, alongside shimmering turquoise waters, and past iconic landmarks like the Art Deco buildings of South Beach and the magnificent Port of Miami. 26.2 (or 13.1) miles on a USTAF-certified, flat, single-loop and Boston qualifying course with exhilarating views alongside the water and a finish at Bayfront Park.

AS A TEAM SHARSHERET ATHLETE YOU WILL:

• Commit to raise $2,500 by race day, January 31, 2027. All runners will be required to sign a fundraising agreement that acknowledges the fundraising requirement and deadline. The $180 Team Sharsheret registration fee will be put towards your fundraising commitment.
• Notify friends and family of your participation in the 2027 Life Time Miami Marathon and Half through email, social media and conversations!
• Have the competitive experience of a lifetime.

MEET OUR TEAM TRAINER, TRACEY HECHT:

Tracey has dedicated her career to the health and fitness industry. She carries a Cancer Exercise Specialist Certification, earned her master’s degree in Exercise Science and works as a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer at the David Posnack JCC in Davie, Florida. Tracey is a mom of 2 young children and enjoys running, spending time with her kids, husband, and pets, and relaxing at the beach. Tracey learned at the age of 25 that she was BRCA1+ and was diagnosed with stage 3b triple negative breast cancer in May of 2020. After receiving support from Sharsheret throughout and after treatment, which ended in September 2022, Tracey wanted to give back by joining Sharsheret’s Florida’s Community Advisory Committee. Tracey also ran the 2022 Chicago Marathon, 2025 and 2026 Miami Marathon and Half as part of Team Sharsheret!
