Fit Forward: Lymphedema Risk Reduction and Management Through Movement

Although the risk of lymphedema after mastectomy never truly goes away, movement can reduce the risk significantly. Additionally, physical therapy, and exercise in general assist in many aspects of recovery from surgery and cancer treatment.
