Women undergoing mastectomies, whether for preventative reasons, or in response to a cancer diagnosis, have more options than ever today. There are a variety of ways to reconstruct, and ‘going flat’ is also an option. Join us to hear from experts Drs. Brian Buinewicz of Buinewicz Plastic Surgery, Joshua Levine of the Center for Breast Reconstruction, and Harry Salinas of Miami Cancer Institute, as they discuss the popularity of aesthetic flat closure, advances in autologous reconstruction (from one’s own tissue), and the array of options for implant reconstruction.
