Rock ‘N Run unites the community in our fight against breast and ovarian cancer. This year you have the opportunity to race at your own pace during the months of September and October, in honor of Ovarian and Breast Cancer Awareness months respectively, culminating with a Rock ‘N Run community dance in your own space! We encourage you to share your story, images and videos as you complete your 5K via social media by tagging @rocknrunmiami or use #rocknrunmiami.
