Wisdom of the Heart: Mindfulness Through Art for Cancer Thrivers

A white square with pink text and hearts.

Imagination is the deepest voice of the soul and can be heard clearly only through cultivation and careful attention. A relationship with our imagination is a relationship with our deepest self.” Pat Allen, Art is a Spiritual Path

Ignite your creativity and access your imagination as we explore the power of art making as a spiritual practice.  Drawing on the Jewish Studio Process and mindfulness meditation, we will engage in a facilitated, intuitive use of art materials and a process of inquiry through reflective writing. Together we’ll explore the potential of this Process to:

  • Access inner wisdom and insight

  • Strengthen our capacity to process what is and imagine what might be, and

  • Help us to feel more connected and whole even in moments of transition and uncertainty.
