Dr. Jessica Baitner
Guest of Honor
Dr. Jessica Baitner is married to Tsachi and a proud mother of Zeke, Julia, Stella, and Lucy. A board-certified Pediatric Dentist, she owns and operates her own thriving practice, where she is known for her gentle touch, patience, and dedication to children’s oral health.
Outside of her practice, Jessica enjoys traveling, cooking, reading historical fiction, and relaxing at the beach.
In November 2020, Jessica was diagnosed with breast cancer following a routine mammogram. Having started annual screenings at age 33 after her sister’s diagnosis with DCIS, she credits early detection with saving her life. Deeply grateful for the unwavering support of her family, friends, and Sharsheret, Jessica is passionate about raising awareness around breast cancer. Today, she serves as both a speaker and peer supporter for Sharsheret, sharing her story to empower others and to emphasize the importance of education, prevention, and early screening.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children exploring Miami or traveling on adventures around the world together.
Abby Brody
Woman of Valor
Abby Brody was born and raised in New York and now lives in Boca Raton with her husband, Aaron, and their three boys. A classically trained musician who studied at NYU, Abby also earned a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Lynn University. She currently serves as the Early Childhood Director at the Zucker Jewish Academy, where she is known affectionately as Morah Abby.
In 2023, at just 34 years old and with a family history of breast cancer, Abby pursued early screening and was diagnosed herself. Determined to turn her journey into a source of strength and awareness, she partnered with friends and Sharsheret to launch Roses and Rosé, a Palm Beach community event that has quickly become an annual program, now entering its third year and inspiring women of all ages.
Abby continues to share her experience as a peer supporter for Sharsheret, serves on the organization’s Southeast’s Regional Advisory Committee, and is helping to develop new local initiatives for breast cancer survivors. Her dedication, warmth, and leadership make her a powerful advocate and role model within the community.
