Shira Macagon

Shira Macagon, a lifelong Floridian from Boca Raton, is a dedicated advocate for Sharsheret. The daughter of a three-time breast cancer survivor; at 38 years old, Shira was diagnosed with breast cancer and underwent a bilateral mastectomy. Since her recovery, she has been raising awareness and education in the Jewish community about the importance of proactive breast cancer screenings and self advocacy. Shira joins the Sharsheret Florida Advisory Committee as a proud breast cancer survivor, seeking to help and support other women. Shira is an executive with Accenture plc and lives in Boca Raton with her husband and 2 very energetic boys.
