From navigating the challenges of menopause and perimenopause to understanding the powerful role genetics play in our well-being, this event offers vital insights from sought-after women’s health specialists. We’ll discuss the importance of regular screenings, how to recognize early signs and symptoms, and explore the essential connection between mental health and overall wellness. Gain expert knowledge to empower yourself and those around you with the tools to take charge of your health.

At the end of the evening, we’ll come together to braid pink challah, a program brought to us by Sharsheret for you to add some pink to your Shabbat table. This is an event you won’t want to miss!
