Host a Mah Jongg game or tournament as a way to raise awareness about breast cancer and ovarian cancer. Through your weekly game or community wide event, empower and educate participants about Sharsheret.

Plan a Successful Program

Location: Consider hosting the event in a Mah Jongg player’s home, synagogue, community room, or local event venue. See if the space can be donated.

Date/Time: Check your community calendar and schedule a date and time for your event and allow 3-4 hours.

Set A Registration Page: Work with Sharsheret to create a user-friendly registration page where participants can sign up for the event.

Decorate: Encourage attendees to wear pink/teal and decorate the space in pink/teal decorations.

Order: Free Resources and Mah Jongg giveaways, request a Sharsheret volunteer speaker, and show a video.
