Caring Connections: Breast and Ovarian Cancer Awareness Months and the Jewish Community

Do you work for with a Jewish community or at a Jewish organization? Do you volunteer for one? Sharsheret invites all rabbis, cantors, professionals and volunteers to join us on Thursday, August 15th at 1 pm EDT/10 am PDT for a training geared to leaders across the diverse Jewish community.

Explore creative ways to raise awareness during Breast and Ovarian Cancer Awareness Months and beyond, and support those impacted by a diagnosis. Included will be programming for congregations, community centers, social service agencies, and more. We’ll also discuss how to reach different populations within your community.
