This spa day is designed to lift your spirits while pampering you in the comfort of your own home. Enjoy a sampling of spa experiences, including mindful movement as well as nutrition and self-care. Learn helpful tips on how to stay balanced and centered wherever you are in the midst of treatment. Join us for all, or a portion of the day.
