Yoga for Cancer Week 2

Join Sharsheret for a weekly zoom series, to relax and feel rejuvenated through movement This yoga series is catered to those affected by cancer and led by yoga teacher and coach Emily Elizabeth Steinberg. Health and wellness is important for anyone, especially those facing cancer. These classes will help you bring awareness to your own body. If you have a mat or towel, along with 2 to 4 yoga blocks, this can help the practice.
